Based on individual goals, we offer a training programme tailored to personal skills and the company’s personnel needs. Part-time commercial training supported by individual agreement, for example through time off and cost sharing.

Needs-based training and development

As part of employee reviews and personal target agreements, employees may take part in specialist further training, for example courses for payroll specialists, accountants, sales specialists, logistics experts or specific IT applications. Forklift courses, crane licences, hydraulics or pneumatics courses are also common additional qualifications supported by Pfeifer. Depending on the position, many other courses are available that are valued by both employees and Pfeifer.
