Our machine and plant operators ensure that our high-quality wood products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest standards. They operate, monitor and control modern production facilities and make a major contribution to safe and smooth production operations.

During your training, you gain comprehensive insight into the entire production process, from delivered logs to the fully packaged wood product. Step by step, you learn to operate state-of-the-art computer-controlled machines and systems that debark, saw, sort, dry, glue, further process and package the wood.

You also monitor product quality, provide materials and learn to retool machinery and carry out minor servicing and maintenance work independently. Using inspection and maintenance schedules, you help ensure that our systems run reliably and without disruption.

With your technical understanding and eye for quality, you make an important contribution to the manufacture of our wood products.
