Our electronics technicians for industrial engineering ensure that our machinery and production facilities are reliably supplied with energy and function smoothly at all times. They install, test, service and repair electrical systems and thus make an important contribution to safe and trouble-free production operations.

During your training, you learn about the structure and operation of modern industrial facilities. You install electrical components, lay cables, analyse faults and rectify errors in machinery and systems. You also work with measuring, control and regulating technology and assist with commissioning new systems.

In the industrial-engineering specialisation, you learn to service, maintain and continuously optimise existing production facilities. You work intensively with electrical controls, drive systems and modern measurement, control and regulating equipment. In this way, you help ensure that our production facilities operate reliably, safely and efficiently.
