FAQ – frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum quantity?

As a general rule, we purchase all roadside-stack volumes from all surrounding regions, either directly through our raw-material procurement team or through our local dealer network.

How does the process work?

Our experts will contact you and take you through the process step by step. Appointments on site can also be arranged if required.

Who takes care of transport?

We organise transport from the forest road or from the loading railway station.

When will I receive payment?

Settlement usually takes place twice a month or as agreed. The individually measured logs are consolidated in a credit note and sent to you.
